1. Agreement to Terms

2. Our Services

SparkyBen Electrical provides electrical installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. All work is carried out by qualified electricians and complies with current electrical regulations.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required once the job has commenced. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed with you before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash, and cheque.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Guarantees

All our work comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. This covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

7. Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance (£5 million) and professional indemnity insurance (£1 million). Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount covered by our insurance policies.
